Together We Grow's mission is to provide a safe, nurturing environment for promoting the physical, social, emotional, cognitive and creative development of young children. We incorporate sign language in our program so that all children have the ability to communicate with peers. We believe that the sharing of information and insights about the individual child's needs benefit all involved. We respect parents as the most significant adults in a child's life. We believe children develop positive self-esteem when adults treat them with dignity.

Each child is unique and special. Our center promotes optimal growth and development in an educational and nurturing environment. Special adaptations are made to ensure each child's participation in our programs. Our goal is to provide a place where children are accepted for who they are as individuals, and are challenged based upon their own abilities. We achieve this through early childhood experiences in which children learn to respect others for their differences as well as their similarities.

A typical child who attends Together We Grow will benefit from low adult to child ratios, a sense of empathy toward people who are different, learning how to accept others, as well as themselves, in spite of any challenges which they may face. Children who learn in the Together We Grow environment also gain a sense of positive self-esteem. Everyone around them is supportive and loving, and challenges them to their full potential.
